We sell domestically to the United States as well as Worldwide to all international cutomers. We attempt to ship in-stock orders as soon as we receive them (most within 3 business days). We ship in the order received.
We currently offer the following shipping methods:

USPS Express Mail: 1-2 Days (free tracking and insurance up to $100 - no need to pick insurance if value is <$100)
USPS Priority Mail: 1-4 Days (free tracking)

USPS Express Mail International (EMI): 3-5 Days (free tracking and insurance up to $100)
Priority Mail International (PMI): 6-10 Days
Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping if you elect to waive shipping insurance. If you need to file an insurance claim for a lost or damaged item(s) due to shipping, please keep all of the original packing material and your receipt. We will be happy to assist you with filing a claim. Once it is approved, we will replace your damaged item if available, or refund your purchase price. Let us know which option you prefer.

If you place an order with us that has a different shipping address, we will be happy to accomodate you, but please have the correct billing address listed when you checkout. We only ship orders that the billing address matches what was provided to your credit card company and has the correct security code upon checkout. This is for your protection against credit card fraud and theft.

We cannot guarantee pre-ordered or items that are limited editions. We will do our best to get it for you, but very seldom if we cannot get it from our supplier, we will issue you a full refund. The best way to guarantee an item is to place the order or pre-order as soon as possible. We will ship them out in the same order as the orders were received.

Cancelled orders can be refunded to your PayPal account for a 7% fee or you can elect to choose store credit for the full amount of the original purchase.

Merchandise that is damaged due to a defect(s) of the product must to be handled directly with the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly to resolve these issues under their warranty. If you need to find out their contact information, feel free to ask us. This needs to be reported to us within 5 days of receipt in order for us to assist.

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. Please note that our website photos of items are typically provided directly from the manufacturer of the product and in some cases may be prototypes and vary slightly from the final product that is delivered. We encourage you to contact us directly if you are unsure of the manufacturer of the product you would like to order. All sales are final. We are only able to exchange items if you have received a shipping damaged/incorrect item(s). We will assist you with shipping damage/loss contingent on our policies, and manufacturer damage contacts.
